Please join Bethany Christian Services, Catholic Social Services, HIAS PA, Nationalities Service Center and the Office of Immigrant Affairs in celebrating World Refugee Day on Thursday, June 20th at the BOK Building Auditorium in South Philly. Doors will open at 5pm, with event starting at 5:30pm. We will host an informational panel featuring individuals with professional and lived refugee experiences, followed by a showing of "The Elephants and the Grass", a documentary following the journey a South Sudanese mother and daughter fleeing civil war.
