Join NSC's refugee urban farm trainees and refugee mothers from around the world on Saturday, May 13 from 2:00 - 4:00 for a flower bouquet making workshop. Refugee farm trainees will be on hand to provide participants with floral design tips to make a beautiful spring bouquet. The bouquets can be taken home and enjoyed or given as a beautiful mother's day gift. Refugee mothers will also be available to share their experience and will have handicrafts available for sale. The event will be held in the basement meeting room of the Arch Street United Methodist Church (enter off of Broad St).
A ticket covers the materials you (and your guests) need to make bouquet. This is a family friendly event and children are welcome.
